Our pricings per rental depend on the inflatable you choose. We have up-to-date pricing right on our website, and every rental includes professional setup and takedown. For deliveries outside of Coventry, Warwick, and West Warwick, we charge for delivery. However, we don't have any hidden surprise costs.
We take care of everything! Each rental includes delivery, setup, safety inspection, and pickup. We ensure that the rentals are set up safety and ready for fun before we leave; even giving a safety briefing to our guests who rent our units.
Delivery is included within our standard service areas of Coventry, Warwick, and West Warwick. For locations outside our normal coverage areas, delivery fees may be included.
Our rentals are provided for the entire day. Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on our route and event schedule; but we do our very best to assign times with the help of our customers and their schedules!
No! We do not take deposits. Simply all we need is a confirmation date, email and/or phone number, delivery address, and preferred time for dropoff. All expenses are typically paid the day of delivery!
Any invoice balances are due at the time of our deliveries.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends with holidays. Popular inflatables can be rented weeks or months in advance, and we tend to offer promos throughout the season to incentivize bookings well in advance.
Safety is our absolute top priority. We will work with you to reschedule a delivery if any severe weather is expected, and accomodate in any way necessary. Rentals should not be used during thunderstorms, heavy rain, or high winds.
Absolutely! We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. While we can't guarantee that the same inflatable will be available, we'll work with you to find the best solution and help make your event a success.
Yes! Ocean State Inflatables is fully insured as safety is our top priority. You can book with confidence knowing that we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and reliable rental experience for every event.
Yes, our inflatables also accomodate to adults as well as children. We recommend users check the specific unit's weight and occupancy guidelines which are also discussed during our safety briefings with customers.
We accept cash, credit card payments through online bookings, and Venmo transactions.
Yes! Two-day/weekend rentals are available for select inflatables based on additional bookings. If you're looking to keep your rental for the weekend, we recommend that you contact us before booking so we can confirm avaliability and offer our discounted weekend prices. Two day bookings help to ensure you are able to make the most of your events.
We keep booking simple! You can browse our inventory, choose your inflatable, select your event date, and complete your reservation online.
